摘要
探讨葡萄籽提取物低聚原花青素调节血脂的效果,选用雌雄各半的健康成年SD大鼠,观察低聚原花青素对高脂血症大鼠血清脂质的影响.将大鼠随机分组,设正常对照组,高脂饲料对照组,低聚原花青素低、中、高剂量组(分别为25,50,100 mg/kg).受试动物每天经口灌胃给予,6周末测定血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C).结果显示:低聚原花青素对实验性高血脂大鼠具有显著的降血脂和预防作用.
In order to examine the effect of grape seed extract, oligomeric proanhocyanidins, on blood lipid regulation, the study selected healthy adult SD rats, half of which were male and half were female, to be fed with lipid-rich diet and observed for 6 weeks. Meanwhile, procyanidins at three different concentrations of 25,50,100 mg/kg,were given to rats by gavages daily throughout the 6 weeks. The level of serum TC.TG.LDL-C and HDL-C were measured. The results showed that oligomeric proanhocyanidins decreased the levels of the blood lipid of rats.
