To exploit and plan reasonably water resources, establish the invesement and price system for water resources, the paper has analyzed the current situation and existing problems of about regulating plan of the pricing standard of groundwater resources in Yinchuan and nearby places, and put forward the suggestions and counter-strategy for the pricing standard of groundwater resources.
