摘要
李家峡电站4台机组投产后水轮机频繁出现转轮裂纹现象,文章针对此问题对水轮机参数及结构,发电机的振源进行了分析,对改善机组振动及转轮裂纹进行了多方探讨与尝试,经现场试验论证,提出了一些有利措施,减少了水轮发电机振动,提高了水轮发电机的稳定性。
Since four sets of Lijiaxia hydropower station put into production, sets continually appear the phenomena of vane wheel crack. Aiming at the problem, the paper analyses the vane wheel's parameter, structure and generator's vibration source, and discusses the unit vibration and vane wheel crack's improvement. Through field test's argumentation, puts forward some measures to reduce hydraulic generator's vibration, improving the stability operation.
