Formang Technology of U-shaped in Z-bent Part in Bridge Expansion Joint

此文介绍一种新型桥梁伸缩缝关键零件U形弯曲件的成形技术.通过对该零件的变形分析和采用合理的工艺措施,使得这一成形难度较大的弯曲件一次压制获得成功.

The forming technology of a kind of U-shaped bent part which is key part in a new type of bridge expansion joint ,was introduced in this paper. By analyzing the forming characteristic of this part,reasonable technique was adopted. It obtained success to form U-shaped bent part of high forming severity by single-step forming method.
