A Minor Discussion on the Teaching System of Tunnel Engineering

教学与科研是相辅相成的,必须长期坚持不懈的既从事教学,又从事科学研究。投入就是要在教学和科研中投入大量的时间与精力;积累就是要善于对平时的教学经验进行总结,发现新方法;创新就是要对所研究的科研项目、教学内容和教学方法有创新点。

Teaching and scientific research complement each other so that long persistence should be given to these two aspects. To fling means one should spend a lot of time and energy in the course of teaching and scientific research; to accumulate means one should be adept in summing up teaching experience and exploring new methods; to innovate means one should create new ideas about scientific research projects, teaching contents and teaching methods.
