树突状细胞与卵巢癌免疫治疗的研究进展

摘要 树突状细胞是至今发现功能最强的专职抗原提呈细胞,人们能通过各种刺激提高其抗原提呈能力及诱导T细胞应答能力,以为肿瘤的免疫治疗提供新的途径。本文简述树突状细胞及其在卵巢癌免疫治疗的研究进展。
