Political Lyrics: Its Origin and Evolution

虽然政治抒情诗这一概念特指从建国到文革前夕的主流诗歌,但事实上它所体现的政治与文学的联姻在中国文学史上源远流长,论文将其存在和发展的深层原因归结为士文化心理和实用理性,并从这个角度,简单梳理了政治抒情诗的变迁。

While political lyrics refers specifically to the mainstay verse from the founding of New China to the eve of the ＂Cultural Revolution＂, virtually the alliance between politics and literature mirrored in political lyrics can go hack to ancient times in the history of Chinese literature. This paper opines that the causes for the existence and development of political lyrics consist in the cultural mentality of the scholars and in the pragmatic rationality, and an outline is attempted of the transformation of political lyrics in this perspective.
