On the Design and Innovation of Products for Travel Agencies in the Age of Experience Economy

摘要 文章基于体验经济时代,人们的旅游需求发生了重大变化。旅行社产品必须创新,旅行社在产品设计环节引入体验设计,使提供的产品更能适应旅游市场的需求,从而获得稳定的经济利益以及竞争优势。 Great changes have been witnessed in the demand of tourists in the age of the experience economy. Therefore, products must be innovated on the part of travel agencies. In other words, the concept of experience design should be initiated into the design of products for travel agencies so that products presented can better gratify the needs of the tourist market so as to gain steady economic benefits and competitive edges.
