介绍了尿素设备带极埋弧堆焊时浅表夹渣的形貌及成因,指出这种缺陷是在熔池后部即将凝固的金属与熔渣及焊剂的动态接触时,细颗粒焊剂嵌入堆焊层表面而形成的,并提出了减少浅表夹渣的措施.
The reason of shallow inclusion and its pattern within strip electrode cladding layer on urea formation equipment are introduced in the paper. The fine flux grains inserted into layer surface at the back of molten pool (nearly solidified )as slag and flux contact dynamically with the pool. which forms the inclusion and the measures to get rid of thisdefect are put forward.
