试制了一台微机控制的全自动离子热处理设备，介绍了辉光室、淬火室、工件传动机构的基本结构和真空系统、供气系统、供油系统等辅助设备的配置。

We made an automatic equipment of ion treatment controlled by microcomputer, This paper introduces main construction of discharge hardening chambers and the device for transporting parts, and the alignment of assistance device about vacuum system, supplying gas system,and supplying oil system etc.
