摘要 目的研究麻杏石甘提取物(ME)对哮喘模型大鼠抗哮喘作用的机制。方法复制卵清蛋白致敏哮喘大鼠模型,观察ME对大鼠体重、引喘潜伏期、白细胞计数及分类、血液与肺组织中内皮素-1(ET-1)含量及肺部病理学改变的影响。结果ME对哮喘模型大鼠有增加体重,延长引喘潜伏期,恢复机体的白细胞数目及正常分布,降低血及肺组织中ET-1含量,改善肺部支气管组织病理形态学结构等作用。结论抑制ET-1的释放可能为ME抗哮喘作用机制之一。 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the anti - asthma mechanism of Maxing shigan extract (ME) on the asthma model rats.METHODS: Rats models of asthma were induced with egg albumin, the indexes of weight, cough incubation period, leukocytes' count and classification in the blood,ET - 1 content in the blood and the lung tissue,and lung's pathological structure of the asthma rats were detected. RESULTS: ME could increase the weight, prolong the cough incubation period, help to normalize the count and distribution of leukocytes, reduce the ET- 1 content in the blood and the lung tissue, and improve the bronchi's and the lung's pathological structure of the asthma rat .CONCLUSION: It may be one of the anti- asthma mechanisms of ME that it inhibits the release of ET- 1.
