摘要
目的为医院门诊患者及医务人员提供药物信息服务。方法基于Excel应用程序,通过药品说明书等信息的收集和整理,建立医院门诊药物咨询系统。结果该系统构建简单,录入、维护简便,查询快捷,并可进行分级查询。结论该系统利于门诊患者和医务人员方便、及时、准确地获取药物信息,完全可满足医院门诊药物咨询中不同层次的要求。
OBJECTIVE：To offer pharmacy consultation to patients and hospital staff in out - patient department .METHODS： With Excel, the pharmacy consultation system of hospital out - patient department was established by collecting and editing dispensatories.RESULTS：This system was easy to be established and convenient for input,maintenance and inquiry,and also allowed a classified inquiry .CONCLUSIONS：This system can help patients and hospital staff to get the drug directions quickly and exactly, and thus suffices various inquiries about drugs in out - patient pharmacy.
