摘要
目的建立以反相离子对高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定枳实药材中辛弗林含量的方法。方法色谱柱为HypersilODS2,流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(32∶68∶0.2),检测波长为224nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为30℃。结果辛弗林进样量在0.112μg^2.24μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),加样回收率为99.85%(RSD=0.96%,n=6)。结论本方法简便、可靠、无杂质干扰,可用于枳实药材的的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a reversed phase ion pair HPLC method for the content determination of synephrine in Citrus aurantium L.. METHODS: The analysis was performed on hypersil ODS2, the mobile phase was CHiN H2O- H3PO4(32 : 68 : 0.2) with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min, the column temperature was 30℃ . RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship of synephrine sample size in the range of 0. 112μg -- 2.24μg (r : 0.9 997), and the recovery wa,s 99.85% (RSD= 0.96%, n = 6) . CONCLUSIONS: This method is simple and reliable without interference of impurity, which can be used for the quality control of Citrus aurantium L..
