目的探讨医院开展临床药学监护的方法,促进合理用药。方法专职临床药师以抗感染药物作为切入点,深入定点科室,在实践中总结开展药学监护的方法。结果与结论专职药师定点深入临床,直接面向患者提供药学技术服务,可有效地减少抗感染药物的滥用,更有利于发挥专业技术特长。

OBJECTIVE： To explore the method in performing the pharmaceutical care in the hospital so as to promote the rational use of drugs. METHODS： With the use of anti - infectives as starting point, the full - time clinical pharmacists went clown to hospital division to gather experiences in the practice of pharmaceutical care. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The full - time pharmacists go clown to clinic and provide patients with direct pharmaceutical care could bring their speciality into full play and effectively reduce abuse of anti- infectives.
