从细胞色素P_(450)酶角度归纳2005年版《中国药典》收载的中成药与其它药物不合理配伍使用情况

On the Compatibility of Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine Indexed in China Pharmacopoeia(2005 Edition) in Combination with Other Drugs from the Perspective of Cytochrome P_(450) Enzyme

目的为提高临床合理用药水平提供参考。方法对2005年版《中国药典》收载的所含药物成分对人肝细胞微粒体P450酶系有影响的口服中成药进行归纳。结果除未收载含防己和苏木的中成药外,收载含有大黄、黄连、白芷、五味子、黄柏、羌活和吴茱萸药材成分的口服中成药共184种,分别占31%、24%、18%、17%、15%、10%和4%。结论了解中药对细胞色素P450酶系中某些酶的影响作用,可提高临床中成药与其它药物配伍使用的有效性、安全性和合理性。

OBJECTIVE： To provide references for the rational use of Chinese traditional patent medicines in the clinic. METHODS： The oral herbal medicines that have influence on the P450 enzyme system indexed in China Pharmacopoeia （2005 edition） were analyzed. RESULTS： A total of 184 kinds oral Chinese traditional patent medicines containing 7 ingredients but without fourstamen stephania root and lignum sappan were indexed in China Pharmacopoeia, with the proportions of Radix et rhizoma rhel, Coptidis rhizome, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, Cortex Phellodendri Chinensls, Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii and Fructus Evodiae at 31%, 24%, 18% , 17% , 15% , 10% and 4% , respectively. CONCLUSIONS： The knowledge about the effect of traditional Chinese drugs medicine on some enzymes in cytochrome P4s0 system is helpful for the improvement of validity, safety and rationality of Chinese traditional patent medicine when used concomitantly with other drugs.
