摘要
为提高由p-氨基苯甲醚经重氮化制备p-羟基苯甲醚的反应产率,利用超声震荡法制备了纳米Cu2O催化剂。在此基础上,结合对产率与催化剂粒径、催化剂用量、水解反应时间和水解反应温度之间变化数据的测定,得到了有利于产率提高的实验操作条件。结果表明,与传统Cu2O催化剂相比,纳米Cu2O催化剂可有效提高p-羟基苯甲醚的产品收率,且产率高值区所对应的实验操作条件分别为催化剂与原料质量比约等于3、水解反应时间为5~10min及水解反应温度为10~20℃。
To increase the synthesis product ratio of p - hydroxyanisole derived from p - anisidine by diazotization, Nano- Cu2O catalyst was prepared by ultrasonic vibration method. Based on this, the catalytic synthesis experiment using the new catalyst was carried out and the relations between product ratio and several relevant experimental variables, such as catalyst diameter, catalyst mass, hydrolyzation time and hydrolyzation temperature, were investigated. The results showed that the new catalyst can get higher yield than the conventional Cu2O catalysts, and the optimal experimental conditions can bedeseribed as the following, i.e. the mass ratio between catalyst and raw material being approximately equal to 3, the hydrolysis time being controlled from 5 to 10 minutes and the hydrolysis temperature being controlled from 10 to 20℃.
