相转移催化法制备生物柴油

Synthesis of Biodiesel with Phase Transfer Catalyst

摘要 研究了在相转移催化剂———氯化三乙基苄基铵作用下,以KOH为催化剂制备生物柴油。研究了氯化三乙基苄基铵与KOH物质的量之比、原料配比、KOH用量、反应温度对生物柴油收率的影响。实验结果表明,氯化三乙基苄基铵与KOH物质的比为1∶2,反应10 min接近平衡,收率达到93.7%,其它工艺条件为:原料配比为6∶1,催化剂用量为1%,反应温度为25℃。 A study was made of the Synthesis of biodiesel with phase transfer catalyst - BTEAC, using KOH as catalysts. The variables were the molar ratio of PTC to KOH , the molar ratio of menthanol to oil, catalyst concentration, and temperature. The results indicated that the reaction with PTC to KOH molar ratio at 1 : 2 reached equation in 10 minutes and the yield was 93.7 % , and the other conditions was methanol to oil molar ratio at 6 : 1,1.0 % KOH and temperature 25 ℃.
