摘要 通过数批实验研究了5种染料在铁屑处理系统中的脱色效果,并考察了铁屑投加量,初始pH值等影响因素的影响和主要还原脱色机理。实验结果表明:染料可以在铁屑处理系统中发生快速有效的脱色反应,酸性大红GR,活性艳红X—3B等水溶性偶氮染料经铁屑处理1 h后,脱色率可达到90%左右。主要脱色机理包括还原反应破坏染料显色基团和混凝沉淀作用两种,不同结构类型的染料其还原脱色机理也不相同。 Decoloration of five kinds of dye were investigated by batch experiments with iron scraps, and the factors including dose of iron scraps, initial pH etc, and the mechanism of decoloration were discussed. Results showed that dye wastewater could be decolorized quickly by iron scraps and dye was ready to react with iron, decoloration rate of acid brilliant scarlet GR and reactive brilliant red X - 3B up to 90% after reaction time 1 h. The main mechanism of decolorination ineluded reductive reaction to destroy colour fimctional group and coagulation action, furthermore, there were different mechanism of decolorination for different kind of dye.
