通过对外供热凝结水回收处理系统实际运行状况的跟踪、分析和研究,对整套系统在设计和配置上进行了优化设计和技术改造,并达到了预期的效果。确保了该系统的安全运行,节约了水源和热值,实现了安全效益、经济效益双丰收。
In coagulation water recycle system of outside - heat supply, there are great changes in the recycling water current capacity, the temperature and the water quality. These changes have seriously affected safety production in the boiler and turbine systems and outside - heat supply effect in winter, as well as equipment itself stable movement and lifetime. Through actual movement condition track and analysis, the optimized design and the technological rebuild were carried on to the entire system. The optimization guaranteed the system safety and economic efficiency.
