摘要
教育在人类可持续发展中处于基础性和先导性地位,是人类文明和社会进步的原动力,具备当代社会先进生产力的特征与功能。树立和落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会,必须找准教育这个发展先进生产力的切入点。
Education is placed in the basic and leading position in the process of sustainable development of mankind. Education is the motivation force of the development of human beings＇ civilization and society. It has the characteristic and function of advanced productivity in the contemporary society. Building up and fulfilling scientific developing view, realizing the socialism harmonious society should grasp the key point. Education is the key factor of developing advanced productivity.
