摘要
在根据终端过滤和十字流过滤各自优缺点的分析,提出脉冲与反冲洗相结合的过滤方式,解决过滤过程中的浓差极化和膜污染问题.经实验研究表明,反冲洗与脉冲相结合的过滤速率高于其它方式的过滤速率,对解决过滤中存在的问题有很好的效果.同时讨论了反冲洗压力、宽度及起始速度等因素对过滤速率的影响,通过实验可以获得最佳值.
Based on the advantage and the disadvantage of the Dead-ending filtration and the Cross-flow filtration, the author bring forward the especial filtration method that the Pulses combined with back- washing. This method resolved the problem of concentration polarization in the process of filtration. The experimental results shown that the filtering flux by combined pulse with backwashing is higher than that of other methods, and this method also have good effect on solving the problem in the process of filtration. The appropriate operation conditions were obtained through these experimental results, such as pressure of backwashing, width and initial velocity. It is also demonstrated that the new filtration method is feasible.
