摘要
与中国番茄黄化曲叶病毒(TYLCCNV)Y10分离物(Y10)伴随的卫星DNAβ(Y10β)分子的βC1基因缺失突变体(Y10ΔC1β)能介导对同源或异源DNAβ的交叉保护作用.所有预先接种Y10+Y10ΔC1β的本氏烟及心叶烟在挑战接种Y10+Y10β后表现的症状均比未经免疫的植株症状轻,在本氏烟上的保护效果较心叶烟强,且Y10ΔC1β介导对同源DNAβ的保护效果明显好于对烟草曲茎病毒(TbCSV)伴随的DNAβ的保护.
Pre-inoculation of a βC1 deletion DNAβ (Y10ΔC1β)associated with Tomato yellow leaf curl China virus (TYLCCNV) Y10 isolate (Y10) with cognate virus could mediate cross-protection to challenge-infection of cognate or heterogenous DNAβ. Both Nicotiana benthamiana and N. glutinosa plants pre-inoculated with Y10+Y10ΔC1β exhibited mild symptoms after challenge inoculation with Y10 + Y10β, but protection effects in N. benthamiana were better than in N. glutinosa, and protection effects against cognate DNAβ were better than DNAβ associated with Tobacco curly shoot virus (TbCSV).
