摘要
超声法无损测试金属板材的织构是近年来发展起来的一种低分辨织构分析方法。根据织构板材超声波速度的方向性关系,由超声法可测算表征取向分布函数(ODF)的三个展开系数即C_4^(11),C_4^(12)和C_4^(13),并用于板材的深冲行为的研究,对于板材性能“在线”监控工业应用具有十分重要的意义。
Nondestruction analysis of textures in rolled sheets by ultrasonic tcchuiques is a kind of low resolution texture analysis . Based on the anisotropy of ultrasonic Velocity ,Ultrasonic fechnigues are developed to characfer-ige the texture in terms of the three fourth-order expansion coefficients of the orientation distribution function (ODF)i. e. C411 ,C412 and C413. It is possible to evalutc the deep drawing behavior of rolied sheets by the use of calibration experiments. The method will be useful in on-line quality control testing of sheet metals in industry.
