摘要
研究一个供应商和多个零售商围绕单品种商品组成的供应链体系中,以供应商为核心的供应链库存管理,目标是通过直接降低供应商的库存成本,从而降低供应链的总成本。假设每个零售商面对服从随机正态分布的提前期客户需求,在不考虑交货时间的情况下,供应商在固定的时间间隔满足零售商的补货需要,并以价格折扣的方式补偿零售商的成本增加。由此得到较优的补货间隔,并给出了求解方法。最后,通过仿真验证了该解法的可行性并评估了该策略对各方的影响。
This paper gives study on the supply chain inventories management including a supplier and multiple retailers on single commodity, in which supplier acts as a kernel enterprises. The object is to decrease total cost of the chain by reducing the cost of supplier. On the assumption that every retailer faced customerg demand in leading time following definite random distribution and delivery time was taken no account, the vendor would specify common replenishment periods and ask all buyers to be replenished only at those time periods and the price discount be offered by the vendor. In this paper, the definite interval is solved. At the end a numerical.study is conducted to evaluate the benefit of the strategy by simulation.
