Clinical analysis on anxiety and depression of the silicosis patients in mining area

摘要 目的:探讨矽肺患者焦虑抑郁症状的发生率及其病因。方法:调查本矿区的矽肺住院患者232例,采用HAMD和HAMA测定,评估矽肺患者的焦虑抑郁症状,并与非矽肺患者为对照组进行比较分析。结果:232例矽肺患者HAMD平均总分(21.1±10.2)分,HAMA平均总分(16.1±9.1)分,显著高于对照组的HAMD平均总分(9.2±3.2)分及HAMA(8.2±4.1)分,与对照组比较P<0.05。结论:住院矽肺患者存在较多焦虑,抑郁情绪,应加强心理干预和抗抑郁治疗。 Objective:To investigate the incidence of the anxiety and depression in patients with silicosis in mining area and its related factors.Methods:232 in-patients with silicosis were investiqated with HAMD and HAMA.The symptoms of anxiety and depression in patients were evaluated,and compared relatively with those in patients without silicosis as a control group.Results:The average total score of HAMD and HAMA in 232 silicosis patients was (21.1±10.2) and (16.1±9.1)respectively,significantly higher than (9.2±3.2) and (8.2±4.1) in the control group,with statistical meaning (P〈0.05).Conclusion:In-patiernts with silicosis exist more anxiety and depression, the psuchological intervention and antidepressant treatment must be strengthened.
