贮存时间等对不同厂家头孢拉定胶囊的崩解度影响

Effect of the storage time on collapse of cephradine capsules in different factories

目的:考察6个厂家的头孢拉定胶囊的贮存时间和崩解度,分析贮存时间等对崩解度的影响。方法:从医院药房及社会药店收集6个厂家的头孢拉定胶囊,按照2005年版中国药典规定转篮法测定崩解度,用实验测定的日期减去生产日期得出贮存时间段,结合相关数据分析。结果:药物崩解度由快到慢的顺序为:华北制药集团的瑞恩克胶囊—浙江京新药业的头孢拉定—中美上海施贵宝的泛捷复胶囊—山东鲁抗的头孢拉定胶囊—广州白云山的克必力胶囊—广州侨光制药的头孢拉定胶囊。贮存时间从长到短的顺序为:广州侨光制药的头孢拉定胶囊—华北制药集团的瑞恩克胶囊—中美上海施贵宝的泛捷复胶囊—广州白云山的克必力胶囊—山东鲁抗的头孢拉定胶囊—浙江京新药业的头孢拉定。结论:贮存时间对崩解度影响最小的是华北制药集团的瑞恩克胶囊,影响较大的是广州白云山的克必力胶囊和山东鲁抗的头孢拉定胶囊。

Objective：To analyse the effect of the storage time on collapse of cephradine capsules by investigating the collapse and storage time of cephradine capsules in six factories.Methods：Collecting the cephrading capsules of six factories from the hospital pharmacies and social medicine stores,the collapsesge cephradine capsules,whose storage time was equal to determination date minus production date,was measued according to the stipulation of the chinese pharmacopeia in 2005 edition,and the realted data were analysed. Results：The sepuence of medicinal collapse from quick to slow was as follows：the ruien capsules of Huabei pharmaceutical reparation group Co.Ltd,the cephradine capsules of Zhejiang jinxin pharmaceutical Co.Ltd,the velosef capsules of Sino-American Shanghai Shiquibao pharmaceutical Co.Ltd,the cephradine capsules of shandong Lukang pharmaceutical Co.Ltd,the kebili capsules of Guangzhou Baiyunshan pharmaceutical Co.Ltd and the cephradinc capsules of Guangzhou Qiaoguang pharmaceutical Co.Ltd：The sepuence of storage time from long to short was as follows：the cephradine capsules of Guanqzhou Qiaoquang pharmaceutical Co.Ltd,the nrien capsules of Huabei pharmaceutical preparation group Co.Ltd,the velosef capsules of sino-American shanghai Shiguibao pharmaceutical Co.Ltd,the kebili capsules of Guangzhou Baiyunshan pharmaceutical Co.Ltd,the cephradine capsules of Shandong Lukang pharmaceutical Co.Ltd and the cephradine capsules of Zhejiang Jinxin pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.Conclusion：The least influence of storage time on medicinal collapse is the ruien capsules of Huabei pharmaceutical preparation group Co.Ltd,while the greatest influence is the kebili capsules of Guangzhou Baiyuashan pharmaceutical Co.Ltd and the cephradine capsules of shandong Lukang Phawmaceutical Co.Ltd.
