Research on Cold Extrusion Technology for Guide Bushing of Spinning Machine

在分析了导套传统机加工工艺存在问题的基础上,指出导套采用冷挤压工艺的必要性,深入探讨了导套冷挤工艺的特点,由此提出了一套切实可行的冷挤工艺方案。从而为该零件的冷挤压奠定了基础。

On the basis of analysing the problems exsisting in traditional mechani- cal processing technology for guide bushing,the necessity that guide bushing is pro- duced by cold extrusion technology is pointed out.A set of feasibie plan for cold ex- trusion technology of guide bushing is proposed by way of analysing thoroughly characteristics of cold extrusion technology of guide bushing.So it is possible in practice that guide bushing is produced by way of cold extrusion.
