高效液相色谱法测定苯甲酸苄酯乳膏中苯甲酸苄酯的含量

Determination of the content of benzyl benzoate in cream by HPLC

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定苯甲酸苄酯乳膏中苯甲酸苄酯的含量。方法：采用岛津C18色谱柱（4．6mm×150mm，5μm），以甲醇-水-乙腈（70：20：10，v／v）为流动相，流速1．2mL·min。紫外检测器于230nm测定。结果：线性范围13．186-92．302mg·L^-1 r=1．000，样品溶液在24h内稳定，平均回收率分别为100．2％。RSD为0．44％（n=9）。结论：本法简便、快速，结果准确、可靠，重复性好。

OBJECTIVE To Determine the content of benzyl benzoate in benzyl benzoate cream by HPLC. METHODS The column： Hypersil C18 column（4. 6 mm× 150 mm, 5 μm）; The mobile phase： methanol-water-acetonitrile （70：20： 10, v/v） ;The flow rate： 1.2 mL. min^-1 ;The detection wavelength： 230 nm. RESULTS The linear response range was 13. 186- 92.302 mg . L^- 1 （r = 1. 0000） ; The sample solution is stable within 24 h. The average recovery was 100. 2 %, RSD was 0. 44% （ n = 9 ）. CONCLUSION This method is simple .rapid ,accurate and reliable.
