摘要目的:探讨卡维地洛在慢性心力衰竭中的应用,并与美托洛尔进行对照。方法:202例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分成2组,分别在常规治疗的基础上合用卡维地洛或美托洛尔治疗13周,观察慢性心力衰竭的改善情况。结果:卡维地洛治疗组102例,心功能改善总有效率为89.2%,美托洛尔治疗组100例,心功能改善总有效率77%。结论:卡维地洛在慢性心衰中,对心功能的改善及左室舒张功能的好转优于美托洛尔。 Objective：To discuss the application of carvedilol in the patients with chronic heart failure,and compare the effects with metoprolol.Methods：202 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into two groups randomly：the carvedilol group （n= 102）and the metoprolol group （n=100）.They were treated with carvedilol or metoprolol respectively for 13 weeks on the basis of conventional therapy, and we observed the improvement of chronic heart failure.Results：In the carvedilol group （n=102） ,the total effective rate of heart function improvement is 89.2% ,and in the metoprolol group （n=100） ,it is 77%.Conclusion：In the patients with chronic heart failure, carvedilol excels metoprolol in the improvement of heart function and left ventricle diastolic funtion.
