摘要
目的:编制科学、客观、符合我国护理教育特点的护理临床学习环境评价量表,并对该量表进行信度检验与分析。方法:通过文献回顾及学生专题小组访谈的方式拟定初始量表。本量表共42个条目,分为6个维度。选择我校本科护生共120名为调查对象(均处于毕业临床实习阶段),以调查问卷的形式对量表的信度测量。结果:(1)量表的同质信度:量表的总体及各维度Cronbach'sa系数为0.862~0.917,均显著大于0.7,表明此量表有较高的内部一致性。(2)重测信度量表的各维度和总体两次测量的得分均呈高度相关,r值均大于0.7,重测信度符合要求(r=0.764~0.866,P<0.0l)。结论:本研究编制的量表具有较好的信度,对评价我国护理临床学习环境具有一定的应用价值。
Objective:The purpose of this research was to draw up a Chinese scale of the clinical learning environment for nursing, and we would further confirm the feasibility of the confirmatory scale in practical use by exploring its reliability.Methods: Based on the knowledge and studies of the clinical learning environment,the original inventory was established by focus group discussion(FGD)with students ,as well as reviewing the related literatures.The final inventory contained 42 items;these iterms according to similar qualities were classified into 6 dimensions.The subjects were 120 BSNs (Bachelor science in nursing ) who were in the final clinical probation phase in our university. All quantitative data of the questionnaire were surveyed.Results: 1.Reliability of the scale:Cronbach's a coefficient for each dimension and the overall scale was 0.862-0.917 ,all above 0.7,the inventory had satisfying reliability including good inter-item consistency;2.The tes-retest correlation coefficient for the 6 dimensions and the overall scale was 0.764-0.866,r〉0.7,P〈0.01,they were high correlation.Conclusion:It suggested that the scale weaved in this study is a measuring instrument with reliability;and is an appropriate reference for establishing standards to evaluate nursing clinical learning environment.
