摘要
采用开源的Geotools平台和jfreechart软件作为基础,基于JavaApplet构建小型城市基准地价信息发布平台。平台的构架设计以定级估价数据库标准为基础,紧密结合城市基准地价信息发布工作流程和数据流程,并且采用Java的远程对象和相关的远程方法调用(RMI)作为权限控制设计的模式,实现了能够执行城市土地级别、基准地价、标定地价等空间信息在多用户条件下的图形显示控制、属性查询统计以及图属互查等复杂操作的基准地价信息发布功能,可以满足目前国内大多数中小城市的基准地价信息发布的需求。
A mini-type benchmark price information publication platform is established based on Java Applet, by adopting Geotools and jfreechart as the basic software platform. The design applies the land value evaluation standard as the basic ofdataflow process, and considers the workflow and dataflow of the urban reference land value information publication. The Java remote object and relative remote method invocation （RMI） technique is used as the permission management design mechanism in the design. The platform can provide complicated benchmark price information publication operations under multiple-users mode such as graphic operating, data statistics, and map-attribute alternating query with the data of the urban land grade, Benchmark price, biding land price and other space information. The publication platform can satisfy most current benchmark price publication needs of the middle and small cities in China.
