梅山高炉增加喷煤量的途径

摘要 对梅山两座高炉3年来的喷煤参数进行优化和回归分析,提出现有条件下合理增加喷煤量的途径,介绍了贮煤罐向喷吹罐均压送煤和采用流化喷煤的工作。 The optimization and regression analysis of coal injection parameters of two blast furnaces in Mcishan in the past three years were carried out. The access of increasing the coal injection amount under existing conditions was pointed out. The equalizing transportion of coal from coal holding tank to injecting tank as well as the fluidizing coal injection werc intro-duced.
