Microsurgery Treatment for Acoustic Neurinomas 76 Cases

目的总结听神经瘤显微手术的特点,提高面神经保留率,减少并发症和降低死亡率。方法对我科近5年经显微手术治疗的76例听神经瘤进行回顾性分析。结果本组肿瘤全切率为95%。面神经解剖保留率82%。本组没有死亡病例。随访6个月功能恢复72%。结论显微手术治疗听神经瘤是更为安全和有效的方法,熟练的手术技巧和围手术期的处理是保留面神经功能及降低死亡率的关键。

Objective To study the clinical features of acoustic neurinomas, and discuss the improvement of surgically preserving of facial nerve function and reducing the operative mortality.Methods 76 cases acoustic neurinoma treated microsurgically in our department in last 5 years were retrospectively analyzed. Results Total tumor removal 95% , of which 82% cases the facial nerve was anatomically preserved. No one patient died. 6 months later,72% facial nerve function recovered. Conclusion Microsurgery is safe and effective in acoustic neurinoma treatment. Peri - operative management are the key points to reduce operative mortality.
