Effect of Arterial Embolism on Liver Rupture and Bleeding

目的探讨动脉栓塞治疗肝破裂出血的临床价值。方法经动脉栓塞治疗肝破裂出血19例,其中外伤性肝破裂8例,肝癌肝破裂11例。栓塞剂用明胶海绵、弹簧圈、碘化油混合化疗药。结果19例经动脉栓塞治疗均成功止血,无与栓塞有关的并发症,无再出血的病例。结论动脉栓塞治疗肝破裂出血成功率高,并发症少。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of transcatheter arterial embolism on liver rupture and bleeding. Methods All 19 patients suffering hepatic rupture were treated by arterial embolism, 8 cases by trauma and 11 cases by liver cancer cell invasion. The embolic material included gelfoam, spring coil and lipid iodine combined with chemical medicine. Results 19 cases were all cured by arterial embolism and the successful rate was 100%. No any side complication related to embolism and rebleeding after treatment. Conclusion It was satisfied to deal with liver rupture and bleeding by arterial embolism, with high successful rate and less side complication.
