摘要
研究了1600℃时硫在钢液与BaC-Cao-CaF2-CaCl2渣系之间的分配平衡。渣-钢之间硫的分配比随渣中BaO和CaCl2含量的增加而增加。该渣系用于钢液脱硫的最佳配比为:50%BaO,30%CaO,5%CaF2和15%CaCl2。
A study of sulphur equilbrlum partition between BaO-Cao-CaF2-CaCl2 slag and molten steel at temperature of 1600℃ was carried out. The sulphur partition ratio increases with increasing of the content of BaO and CaCl2 in the fluxes. The optimum composition of Bao-CaO-CaF2-CaCl2 slag system for desulphrization is: 50% BaO, 30% CaO, 5% CaF2, 15% CaCl2.
