摘要
通过对中医文献的学习,结合临床实际,运用络病理论对系统性硬皮病进行病名、病位、病机、诊治的探讨。认为当属皮痹、脉痹;病位在络;“阴阳俱虚、阳虚为主”为本虚,“寒邪凝结、痰瘀阻络”为标实;自拟软皮汤加减治疗硬皮病有效。
Through the study of the literatures of TCM and the clinical experience,we discussed location,crucial point, the diagnosis and treatment of systemic dermata sclerosis using the collateral diseases doctrine.This disease was suggested to include skin numbness and vessel bi-disease.The location lied in collateral meridians.Yin and Yang are weak,Yang is more weaker is the root of the disease.Cold evil is coagulation,sputum and blood blocking meridians is the sign of the disease.
