The newly-built local universities must be guided by the advanced ideology, follow the more preponderant principle, and confirm the aim of development. Meanwhile, it must make great efforts to look for the coordinated growth of dimensions, structure, quality and benefit, cultivate the fields with features and advantages, and increase the whole strength of running a school and core competition. It is hoped that the newly-built local universities can strive for forming predominance and features in the various dimensions of subject arrangement, talent cultivation and harmonious environment construction, so as to search for a progressing way with moderate scope, giving priority to intension construction, and according to its own practicality.
