文章指出了柯南.道尔姓名翻译混乱的现象,简要地介绍了清末至今《福尔摩斯探案集》在中国翻译的情况及其对中国文化的影响。通过对三个探案故事的三个中译本的比较,发现了各个译本翻译中的问题。

This paper points out the confusion of the translation of Conan Doyle＇s name, and briefly describes the translation of his works and their influence in China. By comparing and contrasting three translations of three detective stories, some problems of each translation are found.
