摘要
以微波压力消解样品,用离子选择性电极浓度直读法快速测定火棘果中的铜含量。实验对铜离子测定的最佳pH范围,掩蔽剂、缓冲剂和离子强度调节剂的用量,方法回收率、精密度、检出限及干扰因素进行了系统探讨,并对实际样品进行了测定。结果:方法的线性范围为0.1~500mg/L,检出限为0.0012mg/L,回收率为89.8%~97.7%,RSD为4.0%。结论:该法快速、简便、成本低廉,用于火棘果中铜的测定,结果令人满意。
The kind of visualized, simple, accurate and fast measurement method for the content of copper in Pyracantha fortuneaua fruit was provided for the further development of Pyracantha fortuneaua. The content of copper in Pyracantha fortuneaua fruit was measured with the copper-selective electrode-direct reading method. The experiment in the TISAB, rite best application of the scope of pH and the recovery, the precision and the detection limitation of this method was carried out. The results showed the line scope was 0. 1 - 500 mg/L, the detection limitation was 0.001 2 mg/L, the recovery was 89.8% -97.7% and RSD was 4.0%. This method was fast aud simple for the measurement of the copper in Ptracantha fortuneaua fruit. The cost was low and the result was satisfication.
