摘要
以红肉脐橙为试材,于幼果期喷施不同浓度的GA3,并于第2次生理落果基本结束后对果实套袋,分析GA3和套袋处理对其品质的影响。结果表明:各GA3处理均极显著降低了单果重,显著或不显著地提高了果形指数、可溶性固形物、糖酸比和Vc含量,对果皮的亮度、黄色度、果皮厚度、可食率、出汁率、可溶性总糖和可滴定酸无显著影响;套袋处理显著或不显著增加了果皮亮度、黄色度和果形指数,但显著降低了果皮红色度、单果重、可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖和糖酸比,对其他品质指标没有显著影响。
Tne experiment in the study on the effect of GA3 sprayed during young period of fruit and bagging after the second physiological fruit abscission on fruit quality of Card Cara Navel Orange was pefformed. Tne results showed that all GA3 treatments decreased single fruit weight remarkably, improved L/D, total soluble solid, TSS/TA and Vitamin C, but they had no remarkable effect on peel brightness, yellowness, thickness, rate of edible part, rate of fruit juice, total soluble sugar and titratable acid. Bagging treatment increased peel brightness, yellowness and L/D, but decreased peel redness, single fruit weight, total soluble solid, total soluble sugar and TSS/TA remarkably, and had no remarkable effect on other quality index.
