豫南地区野生车前中桃叶珊瑚苷含量测定

Determination of the Content of Aucubin in Wild Plantago asiaca Grown in Southern Henan

通过对豫南地区周边农村田间沟旁的车前草种籽和植株中桃叶珊瑚苷含量的测定,指出了该区发展车前采收和种植的必要性;测出车前中桃叶珊瑚苷的种籽含量为0.715 mg/g,植株含量为0.680 mg/g。

Through the detemlination of the content of aucubin in Plantago asiaca plant and seed in southern Henan, we thought it was necessity to harvest the seeds and plant. In this experiment, the content of aucubin in seed was 0.715 mg/g and in adult plant, was 0.680 mg/g.
