摘要 银杏叶萜内酯是血小板活化因子,被广泛用于治疗心脑血管疾病。综述了近10年银杏叶萜内酯在种类与结构、提取分离、含量测定及其影响因子等方面的研究进展,并对提高银杏叶萜内酯含量的途径进行了展望。 The ginkgolides and bilobalide were selective platelet-aetivating factor antagonists and widely applied in the illness of blood vessel of heart and brain. Their types and structures, extraction and separation, detection methods and influencing factors of its content in ginkgo leaf were summarized. The outlook of the methods of increasing content of ginkgolides and bilobalide was analyzed.
