中小企业信息化选型的决策过程模型探讨

Decision-process Model for the Pattern Selection in Enterprise Information-based

企业信息化选型决策是决定信息化工作成败的关键环节。由于决策目标不惟一,涉及影响因素多并且难以准确、客观地评估等诸多原因,严重影响了信息化选型决策的质量。在分析中小企业信息化选型的决策过程基础上,提出了以企业为主体,由IT咨询机构和软件供应商全程参与的决策过程模型,通过1个基础,2个阶段和7个基本步骤来规范企业信息化选型决策,以期提高决策质量。

The pattern selection is critical for the whole process of enterprise information-based. More than one object are aimed, more than one factor are involved and even it is hard to evaluate the extent of the effect the factors caused, so many decision-makers are not satisfied with the result. In this paper we developed a process model for this decision-making after the full discussion of the process of pattern selection. According to the model, there were one basis, three phases and seven steps in the decision-making process for pattern selection. We believed that the enterprise could get more ,satisfied answer for their pattern selection in enterprise infornaation-based.
