城市居住小区环境归属感评价——以大连市为例

An esfimation on the sense of belonging of city housing plot environment:taking Dalian as an example

研究居民对居住小区环境归属感,进行定量评价并揭示其规律,可为指导城市小区规划设计提供依据。本文以调查问卷的形式,对大连市的居住小区进行调查,充分考虑评价因子的代表性和多层次性的特点,选取5项一级指标和25个单项指标建立评价指标体系;采用层次分析法与地理信息系统软件Surfer 8.0相结合的方法,对大连市居住小区归属感进行初步评价。研究结果表明:影响居住小区归属感的主要因子有舒适感、识别感、安全感、交流感、成就感;大连市居住小区归属感的整体评价较好,市内四区存在差异;归属感的高值区域分布在生态环境风景区、商务活动中心、靠近海岸线的地方及交通便利的地方。

The environment of a good housing plot is the symbol of the sense of belonging. The research of the sense of belonging on the housing plot＇s environment is a new topic of the city human settlement research. This article makes an investigation on Dalian＇s housing plot by questionnaires. As the sense of belonging is a multi-level complex system with multiple factors, we use the analytic hierarchy process to confirm the weight of the factors. We made a full consideration to the representation and multi-level characteristics of the appraisal factors, and selected 5 second-level indexes and 25 monomial indexes to establish an index system; and make a preliminary appraisal on the sense of belonging of housing plot in Dalian using analytic hierarchy process and geographic information system software Surfer 8.0 unifies. The findings indicated that, the most infective factors on the sense of belonging of housing plot are the comfort feeling, the recognition feeling, the security sense, junction flu and the sense of achievement. Among the second indexes that affect the sense of belonging, the weights of comfort feeling and security sense are higher. The weight of the third-level index shows that people pay more attention to the security, quietness and construction style in the housing plot while less to the distinguishing of the entrance of the department and per capita living space. The whole appraisal of the sense of belonging of Dalian housing plot is good, there is difference among the four downtown districts. The sense of belonging of the housing plot in Zhongshan district is the best of all, and then the Xigang and Shahekou districts and the Ganjingzi district is the worst. The high sense of belonging areas are distributed in the eco-environmental scenic spots, the commerce activity centers, the places near the coastline and places with convenient transportation facilities.
