摘要
本文通过工程项目的建立及正确的网格划分,对塑料盖板零件的注射成型过程进行了模拟分析。通过应用MoldFlow/MPI软件对塑料盖板模具进行CAE流动分析,显示了CAE技术在模具开发过程中对于最佳浇口位置与浇口数量的确定、流道系统的布置、注射参数的优化、模具一次试模成功率等方面所起到的突出作用。
The process of the injection molding of a plastic cover is analyzed imitationally through establishing the engineering project and generating the mesh in the article. Furthermore, CAE flow of the mould of plastic cover is analyzed in MoldFlow/MPI software, which indicates that the special contributions of CAE technology in defining the optimal position and optimal number of gate, distribution of flow path system, the optimization of injection parameters, the fulfilling ratio of once-testing mould.
