成组技术在球墨铸铁管件铸造工艺及工装CAD中的应用

Application of Group Technique in S G.Iron Pipe Casting Technology Its Mould and Tools CAD

应用成组技术对球墨铸铁管件进行了分类编码，并按铸造工艺相似性原理，将球墨铸铁管件分成２０个组，实现了成组铸造工艺设计。应用ＣＡＤ技术建立了７５种标准接头图形块，并利用ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤ软件，实现了球墨铸铁管件产品图与工装图的计算机绘图，取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract Design of group casting technology has been realized through catalog coding of s. g.iron pipe castings with twenty groups on basis of resemble principle of their foundry process. Seventy-five normal connector graphic models have been established by CAD and realization of computer drawing of s. g. iron pipe products and mould and tools drawing with high benefit in practical production.
