摘要
介绍了留置导尿引起尿路感染的常见原因及对策,提示临床护理人员应严格掌握适应证,加强无菌观念,缩短留置尿管时间,合理使用抗生素。
It introduced common causes and its strategies of patients with urinary tract infection caused by retention catheterization. And it suggested that clinical medical and nursing staffs should grasp indication strictly, strengthen the aseptic concept, shorten time of detaining urethral catheterization, and use antibiotics reasonably.
