摘要 分析了螺旋压力机的致振原因,提出了冷击和锻打工件时冲量矩、冲量的计算方法,所得结论可供振动分析、隔振设计及基础设计时参考。对J53—300型双盘摩擦压力机的隔振计算表明:惯性块下螺旋弹簧和油阻尼器承垫式隔振基础可有效地吸收摩擦压力机工作时产生的冲量矩和冲量,使基础的振动加速度降为隔振前的1/125。 n analysis is made of the reason for the vibration of screw press and a new method is suggested for calculation the impulse moment and impulse during hammering. The conclusion drawn in this paper will be available for reference in vibration analysis, vibration isolation design and foundation bed design of screw press. The vibration calculation of friction screw press MODEL J53-300 shows that the impulse monent and impulse can be efficiently absorbed by the vibration isolated foundation with an inertial block mounted on spiral springs and oil dampers, and thereby the foundation's vibration acceralation can be reduced to 1/125 times that of foundation with no vibration isolation.
