我国流动儿童不仅要"进得来",而且要"学得好",为此,可以借鉴美国,设计和实施流动儿童信息传递系统。在中国,构建流动儿童信息网络有其必要性、可行性,也对信息要素和网络技术存在一定要求。

Children of our country should not only have the fight to ＂emigrate＂, but also to ＂accept Education＇. We should use American style for reference to plan program the information system in order to make it easy for children to move freely and accept education.
