浅谈高校班主任工作的“六心”原则

班主任是班集体的组织者和管理者,是培养学生良好思想品德和指导学生健康成长的导师,是在实施素质教育中把学生管理和教育教学完满结合的工程师。班主任的工作对象是性格各异的、活生生的年轻人,班主任的工作目标是使学生学会做人,完成学业并成为有益于社会的人。作好班主任工作的根源来自于爱心,做事要有良心,工作细心,师生能交心,班委工作能放心,生活要有平常心。
